This agency is run by two veterans.

Mike Friend (that’s me) is an Air Force veteran and prior LEO.

Tom Humphreys is a retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant.

Together we have almost a combined 40 years working in a government capacity.

I’ve been working in marketing since 2015 and Tom has been training Marine Corps recruiters for the better part of his last years in the Corps.

Before I left the department I spent time as a recruiter.

And during that time I saw many issues that, at the time, I didn’t know how to solve but like most of us we just did what we were told.

Fast forward to today Tom and I have put together our knowledge and experience to help law enforcement agencies, fire departments, security agencies, and military branches attract and retain top talent.
